DentRecall reads from the practice management systems most Canadian clinics use, including Dentrix, Tracker, ABELDent, ClearDent, and Open Dental. If your PMS isn't listed, contact us. We add new integrations regularly.

No. Patients receive standard SMS text messages on their existing phone. No app, no login, no friction. They reply YES to confirm. That is it.

Yes. DentRecall is built specifically for Canadian dental clinics. All SMS requires explicit patient consent under CASL, consent is tracked at the patient level, and data is encrypted at rest and in transit. PIPEDA compliance documentation is available on request.

Replies route to your two-way SMS inbox inside DentRecall. Common responses (confirmations, stop requests) are handled automatically. Anything else, a question, a rescheduling request, is flagged for your front desk to handle at their convenience.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but your rate stays fixed for the full paid term.
